Do scenes and we'll go over how to play those games better. Are you truly listening to each other? Is the base reality clear? Is your unusual thing really unusual? And are we keeping things human as we heighten?
This is a combination crash course and master class in the fundamentals of making your improv scenes funny. We'll start with monologue openings and move on to going just from a suggestion.
Heads up: WE WILL NOT WARM UP. We'll do scenes right at the start of class.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Will Hines is a comedic actor with tons of improv experience. He’s appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Brooklyn 99, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Broad City and many others. Hines trained at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (in NYC and LA) where he’s worked with every funny person in America over the last 20 years.

Parking: Enter the main entrance to Urban Community School on W. 47th Street, south of Lorain Ave. Follow the driveway to the main oval parking lot in front of the red tower. You can park in any space marked with a green square. You can then follow the sidewalk to Lorain Ave. You will see Imposters directly across Lorain Ave. from the school.
