Every joke has a setup, and a punchline. Our scenes can work like this too! In this workshop we will practice how to be clear about what is a setup and what is a punchline in our scenes, so that we can make clear, fun, comedic choices throughout our scenes.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:
Ryan Rosenberg is an improviser, writer, and podcaster from Los Angeles. He studied at the Upright Citizens Brigade, where he improvises with Asssscat and Big Grande, who also had a long running sketch show. Ryan moved into podcasting, with Big Grande's The Teachers’ Lounge (biggrandewebsite.com), a character based comedy about four nasty teachers who get real on the pod while the kids aren’t around, another improvised comedy podcast ManDogPod with Dan Lippert, The Greatest Conversation Ever with Payam Banifaz, and is the producer of Yes, Also, hosted by Suzi Barrett. Ryan is also a frequent guest on Comedy Bang Bang, some tv and commercials, and can be found on the internet @chosenberg.
