We all have trouble turning off our critical brain when we're onstage and judging our scenes when we get offstage. In this workshop, we will use improv exercises, scene work, and longform sets to practice helping ourselves instead of sabotaging ourselves, onstage and off.
Instead of being critical about specific moves, we will focus on recognizing patterns in our play and ways to lean into our strengths and take risks to try different skills.
